We offer 60 day no hassle returns for a full refund for all unworn, unaltered and undamaged items. Items will be inspected upon returns. Customers will be responsible for return postage including insurance and tracking. Please email us at hello@JewelrySocial.com to start the return process. Return process must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Please pack the item securely and if possible, use the original undamaged packaging. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or order reference number.

Tarnished or otherwise blemished items may be charged a $25 USD cleaning fee.

We offer 6 month warranty on all jewelry purchased. If your item arrives damaged, or is damaged through regular wear and tear, please contact us at hello@JewelrySocial.com for assistance.
